Guest Chef Takeover: Join us every quarter as we collaborate with talented guest chefs & restaurateurs to co-create a 3-course menu. As always, our guests will create a starter, an ALBA pizza, and a dessert.
Guest: Tristan Jaensch is the head chef at @old_inn_zurich , a cozy gastropub in Zurich's Enge district. Working alongside owners George and Dan, with whom he's collaborated before at Gaijin and IYKYK, Tristan brings his creative flair to classic dishes, giving them a fresh and exciting twist.
