We are looking for a passionate Takeout, Delivery & Dispatch Operator to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. Three days a week, from 5:15 PM to 9 PM

🍕 Your task

  • You embody ALBA's values: you adopt a warm, smiling, and professional attitude towards guests, support your colleagues during service, and display a "problem solver" mindset, even when the tickets are flying.
  • You are the bridge between the pizzeria and the guest: you work at the pass to finish and pack pizzas and other dishes with care and speed.
  • You manage takeout orders (phone, in-person, UberEats, direct deliveries) with precision and a sense of urgency.
  • Guarantor for the quality of the service on site: You ensure an "ALBA-style" service and are responsible for the accuracy of the service.
  • You warmly welcome guests who choose to dine in-house, ensuring they feel just as special as if they were dining in a full-service restaurant.
  • You coordinate direct deliveries by assigning drivers and keeping a sharp eye on delivery times to ensure our guests enjoy ALBA at its best, wherever they are.
  • You handle mise en place for starters and desserts, ensuring your station is always ready for the next rush.
  • You maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all service areas throughout your shift.
  • You are a key figure at the front during service, juggling multiple tasks while keeping a calm and positive energy.
  • You support cost control by avoiding waste and ensuring correct portioning and packaging.
  • You act as a communicator between the pizzeria, the guests, and the delivery drivers, helping the team flow smoothly and efficiently.
  • You engage in communication with the management team by effectively sharing needs, ideas, and concerns to continuously improve ALBA.

  • A radiant smile

  • Unlimited passion for hospitality, pizza and Italian-inspired cuisine
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, takeout/delivery-focused restaurant (e.g., pizzerias, sushi chains, burger joints) is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and lead the team during busy moments
  • Knowledge of English and German at an advanced level. Italian would be an advantage (but not required)
  • Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities and grow with Mimo-Hospitality.
