We carefully source our ingredients to ensure exceptional quality and taste. Our mozzarella is made from raw-milk mozzarella sourced from Biel, while our stracciatella comes from Ideasalentina in Kemppthal. We believe in supporting local suppliers whenever possible, but we also import ingredients when their flavor and quality surpass what can be found locally. Our olive oil and tomato passata from Sicily are perfect examples of this. When it comes to drinks, we have curated a selection of certified organic wines, with a focus on biodynamic and natural options. However, we also offer some conventional wines for those who prefer them. We take pride in our cocktail menu, which celebrates the lively aperitif culture cherished in Italy.
